Our Commitment

At Trazado, we Create, Recover, or Optimize your Design Needs for Optimal Results — delivered within 24 hours.

We provide professional graphic design services that include branding, digital assets, banners, billboards, and social media materials.

We also ensure your files are delivered in formats that can be used effectively across your brand.

What’s Included

- Unlimited Revisions: We revise until you're happy.
- Back-Up Storing: We securely back up your files.
- Correct File Delivery: You receive ready-to-use formats (.PNG, .JPG, .PDF, .AI, etc.).

Payment Policy

- All services are paid upfront.
- No refunds will be issued. We work with you until you’re satisfied with the final result

- Additional services outside the original scope may require an additional fee and agreement.

Project Timelines

- Most projects are completed within 24 hours, depending on complexity.
- Delays due to late feedback, unclear instructions, or missing materials from the client may extend the delivery timeline.

Communication & Text Messaging

- By contacting us or submitting a project, you consent to receive updates and status alerts via text message and email.
- You can opt out of text messaging at any time by replying “STOP.”
- We are not responsible for text delivery failures caused by your carrier or service provider.

Ownership & Licensing

- Final deliverables are licensed to the client for the agreed use (commercial or personal).
- Working files (AI, PSD, etc.) remain property of Trazado unless otherwise agreed upon.
- All designs are backed up, but we recommend that clients also store copies on their end.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Provide clear direction and feedback.
- Supply any logos, text, or reference materials promptly.
- Respond within a reasonable time to keep the project on track.

Cancellation & Breach of Agreement

- All projects are non-refundable once initiated.
- Failure to communicate within 15 days may be treated as a project abandonment.
- In the event of breach (e.g., non-payment or refusal to cooperate), Trazado may pursue legal or collection remedies, and the client may be liable for associated fees.

Limitation of Liability

Trazado is not liable for:

- Misprints or errors after client approval.
- Any consequential or indirect damages from the use of our designs.
- Loss of data or design files due to client-side errors.

Changes to Terms

Trazado reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
